WHO-GMP Compliant Quality Control
At Right Angle Pharmapack, our entire manufacturing operation in Silvassa is governed by WHO-GMP guidelines. We strictly maintain cleanroom manufacturing standards to ensure all child-resistant caps, pilfer-proof closures, and oral syringes are produced free of dust, particulate matter, and micro-biological contamination.
1. Torque & Assembly
Our child-resistant cap assembly lines are integrated with digital torque controllers. We verify application and removal torque tolerances for every batch, preventing loose assemblies or cap locks.
2. Real-Time Reject Sensing
We use automated photoelectric and reject sensors on our assembly line to detect missing liners or improper cap combinations. Incorrect products are automatically blown out of the system in real time, guaranteeing 100% defect-free dispatches.
3. Traceability Documentation
Every single batch produced is shipped with a detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) containing dimensional tolerances, torque tests, and material certificates. Complete batch records are archived for 5 years.
