At Right Angle Pharmapack we deploy high-precision injection-moulding capabilities using world-class machines from Milacron, ensuring best-in-class quality and consistency for our pharmaceutical packaging components.
Production takes place entirely within our classified cleanroom zones designed to meet rigorous pharma-industry norms for cleanliness, contamination control and process traceability. Our integrated manufacturing environment allows us to mould critical packaging components in-house — from raw resin handling to the final inspection — reducing external dependencies, shortening lead-times and enhancing quality oversight.

CRC Cap Assembly & Customised Packaging
Our in-house child-resistant cap (CRC) assembly machine is engineered to deliver high-precision, clean, and reliable performance tailored for pharmaceutical packaging. Built with industrial-grade stainless steel frames and enclosed hygienic modules, the system integrates automated cap feeding, liner insertion and cap locking mechanisms to accommodate our full range of PP child-resistant caps (20 mm–53 mm diameter).
Sensors monitor each cycle to detect misfeeds, missing liners or mis-assembled caps, rejecting non-conforming units in real time. The machine supports adjustable settings for torque, dwell time and cap height, enabling quick change-overs between sizes and variants.

Rigorous In-Process Quality Inspection
At Right Angle Pharmapack, our designated QA team undertakes rigorous inspections of every cap and measuring cup produced, ensuring absolute adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards. From the moment components emerge from our injection-moulding lines, the QA team conducts detailed visual checks to identify surface defects, dimensional inconsistencies and any signs of contamination.

Final QA Release Testing & Secure Dispatch
Before any batch is released, each cap and cup batch undergoes final QA release testing. Records capture batch numbers, inspection outcomes, deviations, and corrective-action details, ensuring full traceability from moulding to dispatch.
All finished products are double-bagged in food-grade liners inside heavy-duty corrugated shippers, labeled with batch details, and stored in a temperature-controlled, dust-free area prior to secure shipment in clean, sanitized transit vehicles.
