MOQ & Ordering
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per SKU for most products including child resistant caps, pilfer proof closures, and oral dosing syringes. For custom colours, embossed logos, or non-standard neck sizes, the MOQ may be 25,000 pieces to cover tooling and setup costs. Please contact our sales team for a precise MOQ based on your specific requirement — we do accommodate lower MOQs for approved sampling or repeat customers.
For standard catalogue products (e.g. 28mm or 38mm CRC caps in natural/white), lead time is 7–14 working days from receipt of purchase order and advance payment. For custom colours, printed inserts, or new tooling, lead time extends to 21–30 working days. Export consignments require an additional 3–5 working days for documentation and freight booking. We provide a confirmed dispatch date in writing at order placement.
Yes. We supply pre-production samples for evaluation — typically 100–500 pieces of any standard catalogue item, dispatched within 3–5 working days. Sample cost and courier charges are borne by the buyer and are fully adjustable against the first bulk order. For new tooling or custom designs, samples are provided after tooling is approved (tooling charges apply and are quotation-based).
For domestic Indian customers, our standard terms are 50% advance with order and 50% against proforma invoice before dispatch. For established customers with a satisfactory credit history, we can discuss 30-day credit terms. For export orders, we accept T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and D/P (documents against payment). All prices are quoted ex-works Silvassa; freight and insurance are to the buyer's account unless otherwise agreed.
Certifications & Compliance
Right Angle Pharmapack holds: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 15378 (Primary Packaging Materials for Medicinal Products), WHO-GMP compliance certification, and US FDA Drug Master File (DMF) acknowledgement for select products. We are also cGMP-compliant per Schedule M of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act (India). All certificates are available for review on request and are regularly renewed and audited.
ISO 15378 is the international standard specifically for primary pharmaceutical packaging materials. It combines ISO 9001 quality management requirements with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements from the pharmaceutical industry. Certification confirms that our manufacturing processes, raw material controls, documentation, change management, and finished-product testing all meet the rigorous requirements expected by global regulatory bodies. For a pharma company choosing a packaging supplier, ISO 15378 is the single most relevant certification to look for.
Yes. Our manufacturing facility and processes are designed to meet US FDA 21 CFR and EU GMP Annex 1 expectations for primary packaging contact materials. We hold a US FDA Drug Master File (DMF) acknowledgement for select packaging components. Customers requiring specific regulatory support — FDA audit documentation, EU qualified person declarations, or REACH/RoHS compliance statements — can request this during the quotation process.
Yes. We provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Certificate of Conformance (CoC), and Food Contact Grade compliance declarations for all our plastic packaging components. Our materials are virgin-grade, food-contact safe polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) — no recycled or blended material is used in primary pharmaceutical packaging. Batch-specific CoC documents are issued with every shipment.
Product & Technical
Our child resistant caps are designed and tested to ISO 8317 (reclosable packaging — requirements for testing procedures) and 16 CFR Part 1700 (US Consumer Product Safety Commission standard). Testing involves two panels: a child panel (ages 3.5–4.5 years) must have a failure rate below 85%, and an adult senior panel (ages 50–70) must achieve a success rate above 90%. We maintain complete test records from accredited third-party laboratories and can supply these on request.
We manufacture caps for the most common pharma bottle neck sizes: 18mm, 20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 33mm, 38mm, and 45mm finishes. The most widely ordered are 28mm and 38mm — both available in child resistant, pilfer proof, and standard closure variants. If your bottle has a non-standard neck profile, we can review your bottle drawing and advise on the closest fit or quote for a custom tool. Always specify the neck finish (diameter + thread type, e.g. 28mm 400-finish) when requesting a quote.
The terms are often used interchangeably in the pharma industry, but there is a technical distinction. A tamper evident closure shows visible evidence of opening — once the seal is broken, it cannot be concealed. A pilfer proof cap specifically prevents re-sealing after the first opening, making it impossible to refill and re-close without visible damage. In practice, most modern pharma pilfer proof caps are also tamper evident. Our CRC-PP (Child Resistant Pilfer Proof) range combines child resistance with a tamper evident break-band, meeting the strictest retail pharmacy requirements.
Our oral dosing syringes are available in 1ml, 2.5ml, 5ml, and 10ml capacities, with 0.1ml or 0.5ml graduation markings depending on dose precision requirements. All are latex-free, made from pharmaceutical-grade PP/PE, and compatible with standard bottle adapters. We also produce child-safe tip caps and bottle adapter fittings as a complete oral dosing system. Custom printing (dose instructions, brand name) is available from MOQ 25,000 units.
All primary pharmaceutical packaging is manufactured from virgin-grade, pharmaceutical-grade polymers: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), and Polypropylene (PP). We do not use recycled or regrind material in any primary packaging component. Raw materials are sourced from approved vendors only, and each incoming lot is tested for melt flow index (MFI), density, and contamination before release to the production floor.
Export & Logistics
Yes. We export to South East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and select EU markets. We hold an IEC (Import Export Code) and are registered with DGFT (India). All export documentation — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, CoC — is prepared in-house. We can ship via air, sea, or courier depending on quantity and urgency. FOB, CIF, and Ex-Works incoterms are all available. Contact our export desk for country-specific regulatory guidance.
Finished products are packed in corrugated master cartons, with inner polybags, on heat-treated wooden pallets suitable for phytosanitary certification (required for many export markets). Carton counts and dimensions vary by product — our sales team provides a packing specification sheet with every order confirmation. We can customise packing for your warehouse racking system on request.
Yes. Our registered manufacturing address is: Gr. & 1st Floor, Survey No. 66-1, Plot No. 120P, Dan Udyog Sahkari Sangh Industrial Estate, Piparia, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli — 396230, India. GSTIN and factory licence numbers are provided in our formal vendor documentation pack, available on request to approved procurement departments.
Customization
Yes. We offer custom colour matching using Pantone or RAL references, or you can supply a physical colour sample. Custom colours require a minimum order of 25,000 pieces per colour per SKU and a colour approval sample sign-off before bulk production. Natural (translucent), white, blue, red, and green are available ex-stock for standard items.
Yes. We can emboss your company name, product name, or logo directly into the mould insert — this is a permanent, cost-effective option for high-volume orders. For shorter runs or multi-colour branding, pad printing on the cap surface is available. Hot stamping in gold, silver, or custom foil colours is also possible for premium retail packaging. Share your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) for a tooling or printing quote.
Yes. We can manufacture completely private-label pharmaceutical packaging — your brand, your specifications, your regulatory documentation. From custom colour and embossing through to printed inserts and branded polybag packaging, we provide the full manufacturing-to-packing solution. Many of our export customers use us as their exclusive primary packaging manufacturer under a long-term supply agreement. Contact us to discuss a custom supply arrangement.
